My favorite homemade anti aging-face mask to make is my homemade Banana Oat Honey Milk Mask. This homemade mask is very nourishing and really helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while preventing other wrinkles from even forming.
Best of all it is really easy and affordable to make. Now the ingredients you will need to make my homemade Banana Oat Honey Milk Mask are 1 smashed banana, ½ cup of really crushed oats, ¼ cup of honey, and 3 tablespoons of milk. You also will need 1 mixing bowl and a small stirring spoon and a small jar or bowl to pour the mask into. Now if you do not have these ingredients in your kitchen you can easily get them at your local grocery store for under $10.
The way you make my homemade Banana Oat Honey Milk Mask is by first smashing up 1 banana with a masher in your small mixing bowl and than grind your oats into a really fine powder in a blender or food processor. Then you want to take the grinded oats and pour them directly into the mixing bowl with your smashed banana. After you will pour in your ¼ cup of honey and 3 tablespoons of milk into the smashed banana and oat mixture and mix all the ingredients up really well until you have a thick creamy banana scented mask. Now if you mask is too thick you can always add in more milk and if your mask is too runny you can add in more oats.
Now the best way to apply my homemade Banana Oat Honey Milk Mask to your face is by first cleansing your face with water and your daily facial cleanser to make sure all the makeup and dirt is removed completely. Then you will want to take a handful of the mask and apply it all over your face in a nice thick even layer, but be careful because you do not want to get this mask in your eyes. Once your anti aging mask is on you should leave it on for up to an hour, but if you can't 20 to 30 minutes is okay as well. You just want to allow the mask and all the nourishment in it to help nourish and really help reduce the appearances of your fine line and wrinkles. Homemade Grapefruit Honey Face Peel Mask
Once and away I will get some blackheads on my face, but I do always have time to run out to the drug store to pick up a facial peel mask or a blackhead remover so I make my own at home. One of my very own homemade facial peel masks I like to make is my Grapefruit Honey Face Peel Mask. It is so simple to make and works like a charm to remove those blackheads right out of your face and pores.
The ingredients you are going to need is a non toxic bottle of white Elmer's Glue, 4 tablespoons of fresh grapefruit juice, and 1 teaspoon of honey. If you do not have these ingredients in your home you can find them in Walmart Stores and even your local grocery stores. Now I know all of you are thinking why the heck are we using Elmer's Glue in a homemade face mask? The reason is because it dries face, peels off like a face mask, and it helps pull the blackheads and dead skin off your face safely and easily just like a face peeling mask. The Elmer's Glue shouldn't cause you any skin irritations at all or cause you to breakout if you by the non toxic white kind of glue.
The way you make my homemade Grapefruit Honey Face Peel Mask is by taking ¼ a cup of non toxic Elmer's Glue and pouring it into a small bowl. Than you will want to take your 4 tablespoons of grapefruit juice and pour that into the small bowl with the glue in it as well. Next you will add in your 1 teaspoon of honey into the small bowl with the glue and grapefruit juice and mix these ingredients together until your get a light peach grapefruit smelling face peel mask that is smooth and creamy looking.
Now the way you apply this homemade Grapefruit Honey Face Peel Mask to your face is by first making sure your skin is really clean by making sure there is no dirt, makeup, or oil on your face at all. You also want to make sure your skin is nice and dry so the mask dries and sticks properly to your face. Than you want to take a handful of the peeling mask and apply it to your face in a nice thick even layer, but be very careful not to get this mask into your eyebrows, eyes, and mouth.
Once the mask is on you will want to leave it there for about 30 minutes or until the face mask is completely dry. You will know when the mask is dry because it will feel dry and not look wet and shiny on your face. Once the mask is dry you will peel it off using your fingertips. You will notice when you peel this homemade Grapefruit Honey Face Peel Mask off that most or even all of the blackheads have been removed and are now on that face mask you just peeled off your face. You will even notice some dead dry skin on this face mask as well.
Once you have peeled the mask off your face should look cleaner and brighter because the grapefruit has tons of vitamin c on it that nourishes and protects the skin while helping the collagen underneath your skin plump up, and the honey has tons of antioxidants in I that helps nourishing, protect, and moisturizing your skin while fighting signs of aging. Once again the glue in the mask will help remove all the blackheads and dry skin from your face leaving your face with a softer and healthier feeling.
I do hope those of you who try making my homemade Grapefruit Honey Face Peel Mask have an easy time making it and finding the ingredients. I also hope all of you enjoy using this homemade blackhead facial peel mask on your face and are able to remove the blackheads and dry skin from your face easily with this face mask. I wish you all the best of luck at removing those blackheads from your face so you can look young and beautiful again.

Homemade Honey Coconut Milk Mask for Hair, Body and Skin
The ingredients you need to make this rich creamy hair and face mask are 1 cup of honey, ½ cup of coconut milk, ½ cup of melted coconut oil, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 1 cup of mayo and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Basically up place all these ingredients into a sauce pan on the stove and warm them together, but do not boil them. You just want the ingredients to melt together and thicken and you may or may not need more cornstarch in this hair mask recipe to thicken it up a little bit if it is to runny. Once you have combined and warmed all the ingredients you will pour it into a heat safe container and allow it to cool for about 5 or 10 minutes. This will allow the mask to thicken up a little bit more like a hair conditioner so it is easier to apply to your hair and scalp.
The way you apply my homemade honey coconut milk mask to your hair and scalp is by first dampening your hair with some warm water. I personally like to shampoo my hair first and than apply the hair mask to my clean hair, but you can decide what you would like to do. Than once your hair is damped you can take some of the homemade hair mask and lather it into your hair and scalp really well and allow it to stay there for about 10 to 20 minutes or even longer if you have really bad split ends and dried out hair. After your time is up with the homemade hair mask treatment you can simply rinse out your hair and use a natural cleansing shampoo to cleanse your hair right out and your daily conditioner to help hydrate and repair you hair even more. Than after than all you need to do is dry and style your hair as your would usually do. You will notice that your hair is a whole lot softer, the split end and dry hair are gone, and your hair is shiny and healthier appearing. You can use this mask on your hair twice a week if you need to.
Now the homemade honey coconut milk mask is a fantastic facial mask as well for really dried out skin. This mask will definitely exfoliate your dry skin, hydrate it, reduce the signs of aging, brighten and tone it, reduce the appearance of scars and acne, and help heal skin irritations and redness on your face. The way you use this as a facial mask is by simple applying the warm combined ingredients to your face and neck area in a nice thick even layer. Than you will allow the face mask to stay on your face and neck area for about 30 minutes if you can, but 20 minutes is doable. After your time is up with the face mask all you do is rinse your face off really well, pat it dry, and apply your favorite daily SPF face lotion or moisturizer. You will notice after using this mask on your face how soft, smooth, bright, and healthier your face will look, and if you love this mask enough you can use it up to twice a week on your face as a facial mask.
Another way you can use this homemade honey coconut milk mask is as a super moisturizing bath soak, and let me tell you it is delightful. All you do is mix all the ingredients together and melt them in the sauce pan and instead of pouring the mask into a heat safe container you would pour it directly into your bath tub with running warm water. After all you do is get into the tub and soak for as long as you possibly can. This mask used as a bath soak will hydrate your skin wonderfully and leave it silky smooth and soft after your bath as well. Best of all the natural ingredients in this mask will help heal skin damage and protect your skin from further damage caused by the sun and other harsh environmental factors. It will also relieve and help heal inflammation, skin irritations, achy muscles, joint pain, skin infections, cut scrapes, insect bites, bruises, and a lot more.
So, there you have three awesome ways to repair and hydrate your hair and skin with one great honey coconut milk mask. I wish you all the best of luck at making this homemade hair and skin product at your home, and I hope all of you enjoy the health and beauty benefits you will receive from it. Enjoy your hair and skin mask and your warm bath.
