There are thousands of different facial cleansers out on the market these days and most of them don't do what they claim they will such as cleansing, toning, reviving, and fighting off signs of aging. I simply got sick of buying over the counter skin care products that simply just didn't work so I decide to make my own homemade all natural facial cleanser and toner using basic ingredients from home such as water chamomile tea, a lemon, and a basil leaf.
All you have to do in order to make this easy homemade all natural facial cleanser and toner is simply take one cup of water, 2 basil leaves, three sliced of a lemon, and one tea bag of chamomile tea and bring them to a boil in a small sauce pan on your stove. Now once your ingredients has come to a boil you will remove it from the stove and pour it into a small glass boil and set it on table to cool down.
I however, like to use the steam from the hot facial cleanser I have made to help open up my pours while it cools down. The ways I do this is by simply placing my hot steamy homemade facial cleanser and toner in a bowl and place it on a table and then take a large towel and place it over my head and lean my face in towards the steam coming from the facial cleanser and toner. Now the steam will help open up your pores and help cleanse your face as well. I usually steam clean my face for about ten minutes, which gives my facial cleanser and toner plenty of time to cool down. Then once the facial cleanser and toner are cooled down, but still warm I take a facial cloth and dip it into the facial cleanser and toner and rub it in a circular motion all over my face. You will usually see dirt and nasty oils being removed from your face and your skin starting to look a lot cleaner and revived. Then what I usually do after I am down washing my face with the homemade facial cleanser is rinse my face under cold water and then pat my face dry with a dry towel. That's all there really is to that.
Now if you have some homemade Lemon Chamomile Facial Cleanser and Toner left over you can store it in a container and place it in the refrigerator and use it week you need it. The facial cleanser should last about a week in the refrigerator and maybe even longer. This homemade Lemon Chamomile Facial Cleanser really helps cleanse your face as well as tone it, fight off aging signs and treat problem skin areas such as acne. The facial cleanser and toner also provide natural antioxidants and lots of vitamin c which helps regenerate new skin growth and allow your skin to have a healthy glow. This facial cleanser even draw out nasty impurities deep inside your skin, which is awesome if your trying to get a nice smooth clean looking complexion.
Stop going to the stores and buying facial cleansers and toner's that just don't seem to work. Make your own easy homemade all natural Lemon Chamomile Facial Cleanser and Toner right in your own home using natural ingredients from your kitchen. I know you will love this homemade facial cleanser and toner as much as I did. You can find more information on homemade facial cleansers at a website I have provided for you attached to this article.

5 Remedies for Treating Migraine Headaches Effectively

Remedies for Migraines
When I first get the signs of a migraine headache, I never run out to get over the counter migraine medicines because they never really work, or at least not for me anyways. Instead, I always run to my medicine cabinet and pull out 3 different kinds of supplements, which are ginger root, magnesium and vitamin C.
Ginger root helps bring down inflammation and helps prevent the nausea that comes with the full blown migraine headache.
The next one I go for is the magnesium. Magnesium helps because those who suffer from migraines usually lack magnesium in their diet. Magnesium is important because it regulates the serotonin levels and relaxes the muscles and blood vessels in our brain preventing a full blown migraine. The vitamin C is taken to help prevent and relieve inflammation and pain caused by the start of a migraine headache.
So, when I feel a migraine starting to come on I take 2 ginger root supplements, 2 magnesium supplements and 2 vitamin C supplements with a large glass of water.
Once I have taken these supplements I head to the kitchen to make a cup of calming chamomile tea. Chamomile tea is a natural sedative that helps calm the body and spirit right down. Some of the main causes of a migraine headache are stress, tension, depression, fatigue and tiredness. Sipping on chamomile tea helps relax me and calm me down so my migraine doesn't become full blown. Sometimes the chamomile even helps ease me to sleep at the start of a migraine so when I wake up I am migraine free.
Now another thing I run to get at the start of a migraine headache is lavender oil. Lavender essential oil helps calm and relax the mind and body. It also works well for diluting blood vessels in the brain, which can help stop a full blown migraine from developing. Once I have my lavender essential oil in hand, I take a small drop of it and place a little under my nose and on my forehead. After, I begin to take deep breathes in to help breathe in the soothing and healing lavender aroma. I find this to work very well.
The last thing I go get is my cooling body wrap to place around my neck or on forehead for more immediate relief. The coldness of the wrap helps provide soothing relief and reduces inflammation.
End Notes
Within twenty-minutes of using these remedies, the onset of the migraine begins to go away and I know I have prevented the full blown migraine from happening once again. I do hope those of you who try these natural remedies find relief too.
