Baked Haddock with Ritz Crackers & Lemon Pepper Spice
Here is a great surf and turf dinner recipe! It puts a little twist on just your plain old boring haddock and makes it extra yummy! If you love haddock then you will love this!
Ingredients
1/2 Pound of Fresh Haddock
1/2 Sleeve of Ritz Crackers
3 Teaspoons of the Lemon Pepper Spice
2 Teaspoons of Black Pepper
3 Teaspoons of Garlic Powder
1 Stick of Melted Butter (Half will be used for the haddock and the other half for the ritz cracker mixture.)
Directions
Place your haddock in a pan. Sprinkle your haddock with the 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Then melt your butter and pour half of the melted butter into the pan do not pour it over the haddock. Just pour the melted butter around the haddock. Once you are done with that, take a little bowl out and take your ritz crackers and grind them up. I usually just use my hands. Once you are done add the lemon pepper, black pepper, garlic powder and pour the rest of the melted butter into the ritz crackers. After mix it all up them place the ritz crackers on top of the haddock . Bake the dish in over for 15 minutes at 450-degrees.
