Caesar Chicken with Parmesan Cheese

If you love Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese and chicken, you will love this chicken dish. It is full of those flavors and is super fast to cook up. However, the part that takes a little bit of time is the marinating part. You want to let the chicken marinate in the dressing you are about to soak your chicken down with for as long as you possibly can it can be full of delicious flavor. If you would like some yummy cheesy Caesar chicken gather the ingredients below and follow the simple steps.

Ingredients Needed

Bottle of Caesar Dressing or 3-Cups of Homemade Dressing (I prefer using the Newman’s Own Caesar Dressing)
3 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic
3 Tablespoons of Minced Onions
Tablespoon of Dry Parsley
Good Sprinkle of Salt and Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
1 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
Family Pack of Chicken Pieces (I like to use thighs and drumsticks.)

Step One: Marinate the Chicken in Goodness

Place the chicken into a zip lock bag or deep casserole dish and pour the dressing over the chicken. Then sprinkle the minced garlic, onions, parsley, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder over the chicken as well. Then, place some plastic wrap over the casserole dish full of goodness or seal your zip lock bag up. Next, place the chicken in the refrigerator to soak in all the tasty flavors for about 6 to 12-hours.

Step Two: Grill or Broil the Chicken

Place the marinated chicken on the hot grill to cook up. You will need to cook each piece of chicken about 7-minutes per side. If your chicken is large or smaller you will need to adjust the cooking time and try to estimate how long you need to cook your chicken.

If you are cooking the chicken under a broiler. Place the chicken pieces onto a greased broiler pan, place the pan into the oven and broil the chicken for 7 to 10-minutes per side.

The chicken will be done when there is no pink in the center of it and it has a lovely crispy brown skin or color to it.

Step Three: Time to get Cheesy

Place the cooked chicken onto a plate and sprinkle on the cup of grated Parmesan cheese while the chicken is still hot. You want the cheese to melt right into the chicken and add even more flavor. You can even brush the chicken with more dressing if you would like as well.

Step Four: Serve the Yummy Dish Up

Now, just serve your yummy cheesy Caesar chicken up with your favorite side dishes such as a leafy green salad, pasta, rice, bread, or vegetables. Then, simply enjoy!
