Everyone knows when summer hits the best place to go and play with the family is at the beach. If you are wondering what types of fun things you can do with the family at the beach take a look at the list below.
- Build Sand Castles
- Make Mud Castles
- Bury each other in the sand and make them into a Mermaid or Turtle.
- Have the kiddos bury you or your feet in the sand. (Kiddos love this activity.)
- Take a walk on beach and look for seashells. My daughter loves finding shells, grabbing a bucket of water from the ocean and washing all the shells off in the water. After, she lays them all out and allow them to dry off in the sun. After, she brings them home with us.
- Try to finding sand dollars in the water they are hard to find, but not impossible and it will keep the little ones busy for a while.
- When the tied goes out usually there will be rocks where little kids love to go explore. Bring a bucket you never know what you will find. Have them look for snails, crabs, starfish and shells.
- When the tide goes out usually you can find little pools of water for the little ones to play and splash in for some simple cool fun.
- Write and draw pictures within the sand. All kids love doing this.
- Some beaches have a jetti. Take your kids and go walk on it. My kiddos love doing that. They think it's so awesome.
- Take them under the Pier when the tide goes out. That always seems to amaze my little one.
- Buy a cheap kite and fly it!
- Build a water mote kids love to do that and play in it.
- Take your little ones to go jump over the waves that's always a fun one.
