Many years ago a young couple fell in love with one glance at each other. Her smile made him melt and his smile made her keep smiling and when they talked to one another it was if they had been connected forever. They has a relationship that could last a life time and beyond, but it came to an abrupt stop. The girl vanished and the man was left alone with no number or way to get a hold of her. There wasn't even a trace of where she had gone. The love of her life was left behind wondering and crying himself too sleep every night hoping she would return back to him, but she never did.What happened to the girl was her family moved far away to keep her from a deadly secret, but the girl was smart and knew her family was keeping things from her and decided to adventure off and figure out what it was exactly.
When she found out what the secret was it destroyed her completely and she was never the same again. Once the secret was no longer a secret the girl took off and went back to find the love of her life in hope he would protect her, but she never made it back to him in time. A man, one of her parents hired went after her and attacked her, but the girl survived the attack and woke up in a hospital all alone not knowing who she was or where she has been.
Once the girl was feeling better some people from a church took her in and gave her a home, but there wasn't any love or compassion. It was just more sadness and loneliness, but deep inside her she knew she was loved by someone and every night she would have the same dreams of running into his arms and every morning she would wake up in search with hopes of finding the man she knew loved her. Sadly, she never did and never regain all of her memory, but instead built a new life with what she knew and had for herself in a new town with new people and new friends and was offered a new job.
The man was still always wondering what happened, but trying to move on some how. Unfortunately he couldn't because she kept popping back up in his head. He still kept crying every night, dreaming of her, and hoping she would just some day come back to him. However, he wasn't sure because he felt and dreamed something terrible had happen to her, but couldn't get to her because he didn't know where she was.
Then eight years went by, and they discovered one another online. The girl remembered a screen name and instant messaged it not knowing who it could be. It turned out to be the love of her life and the man she had been dreaming of. The only thing was, the girl had moved on and found love with someone else and built a new life.
The girl however, didn't know she was talking to the love of her life until they started talking. He told her she had vanished and the girl said, "What are you talking about." The man told her they had been in a relationship and were planning on being together for the rest of their lives, but she vanished and couldn't be found. The girl didn't understand until they began talking more and he began triggering her memory. Once she started to remember she needed time and space to figure out what had happened and who she wanted to be with in life.
Eventually, she said good-bye to her current relationship and new life in search for answers about what had occurred in the past.
Maybe some day there will be closure, peace, and love once again, but we won't know how this story ends, what happened to the girl, the love of her life, and the love they shared. All we will know is the girl felt enough love to go in search for answers not knowing what would happen if she did, or where it would lead her. Hopefully it's to her true love again.
