Step One
You will need to preheat an oven to 350-degrees. You will also need to get out two large cookie sheets and grease them well with non-stick spray or butter.
Step Two
Combined sugars and wet ingredients together with a mixer or spoon. Those ingredients are:
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 stick of real soft butter
1 teaspoon if vanilla
1 large egg
Step Three
Combined all the dry ingredients together in a seprate bowl using a mixing spoon. The dry ingredients you need are:
1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
Step Four
Mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredient until a dough ball forms. Next add one cup of chocolate chips or white chocolate chips.
Step Five
Take the cookie dough and measure out a tablespoon for each cookie. Put the dough balls onto the cookie sheets about 2-inches apart.
Step Six
Then place the cookies in the oven for 6-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step Seven
After, remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the cookie sheet for 5-minutes.
Step Eight
Remove the soft chocolate chip cookies form the cookie sheet onto a cooling wrack and serve them up warm for a delicious treat.
