Whale Watching in New England

Cape Ann Whale Watching 

One of the best spots in New England to take a whale watching tour is in Cape Ann, Massachusetts on 415 Main Street. You will purchase tickets from the whale watching booth stationed where the whale watching boats are docked. On the whale watching tour you will get onto the boat called the Hurricane 2 and travel way out into the Atlantic Ocean off Cape Ann. 

Once you are  in the middle of the ocean you will begin to see whales of all kinds such as the Humpback, Finback, Right, and you may even see some White Sided Dolphins swimming along the side of the boat during your tour. 

The tour usually last around two to three hours and is an enjoyable experiences. However, if you do suffer from motion sickness bring medicine or motion bands to where on your wrist. 

Eastman Docks 

The second greatest place in New England to take a whale watching tour is at "Eastman Docks." It is located on River Street in Seabrook, New Hampshire. Here you will hop onto the tour boat after purchasing whale watching tickets from the ticket booth and venture off into the Atlantic Ocean for four an half hours to see magnificent Humpback, Baleen and Minke Whales as well as dolphins. 

The New England Aquarium 

The third best place to visit and whale watch is the New England Aquarium in Boston, Massachusetts. The aquarium is a great place to not only go out on a whale watching tour, but a great place to go and visit other sea life creatures as well inside their giant aquarium spot. 

At the New England Boston Aquarium you will purchase your tickets for the whale watching tour inside the aquarium entrance and then be shown the way to the whale watching tour boat called the Voyage 3.

During your whale watching tour that will take about four hours you will see Humpback Whales, Finback Whales, and even White Sided Dolphins.
