When you are having a rough day, the best thing you can do is make a homemade chamomile mint herbal tea to sip on. It helps relieve stress, tension, headaches, soreness and anxiety. It also helps calm the mind, body and spirit down so you can get to sleep faster and easier at nighttime. If you are suffering from an upset stomach chamomile mint tea just might be the thing to settle it right on down.
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Dried Loose Leaf Mint
3 cups water
Materials
Pan Strainer
Tea Pot
Tea Cup
Directions
1. Place the dried chamomile and mint into the pan and pour in the 3 cups of water.
2. Cover the pan with a lid and bring the pot of water with the herbs in it to a boil. Usually takes about 5 minutes.
3. Remove the pan from the stove once the water has reached a boil and allow the tea to steep for about 10 minutes with the lid on.
