A lavender bath soak is relaxing and soothing to the mind, body and spirit. It even helps draw toxins from the body and skin so you can be health and strong. Lavender bath soak is very simple to make and only needs a small handful of ingredients.
Ingredients
4 cup Epsom Salt, 2 cup Sea Salt, 1 cup Baking Soda, 50 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
Materials: Mixing Bowl, Spoon, Large Container or Jar with Lid
Directions
1. Pour all ingredients into the mixing bowl.
2. Combined ingredients together with the spoon until they are even distributed.
3. Pour homemade lavender bath soak into container or jar and seal up tight with the lid. You can store the bath salt away in a cool dry place until you are ready to use it.
How to Use Bath Salt
1. Fill bathtub up with hot water.
2. Pour 2 cups of the homemade lavender bath soak into the bathwater and allow it to dissolve for 3 minutes.
3. Get into the tub and soak for as long as you can while breathing deeply to prompt relaxation for the mind, body and spirit.
Warnings
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this bath soak do not make it or use it.
