Best Cancer Fighting Fruits


Some of the best fruits to eat to help prevent and possibly ever treat cancer are apples, oranges, tomatoes, berries and pineapples. The reasons why are about to be told. 

Apples 

Apples are loaded with antioxidants and a chemical called, quercetin. Quercetin is a natural chemical that helps prevent and help fight of lung disease and respiratory problems. The chemical quercetin in apples as well as the antioxidants also helps prevent and fight cancers and illnesses such as prostate cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer, stomach cancers, heart disease, stroke, heart attacks, high cholesterol, and many others. Another great benefit from eating apples is they help keep you from aging. So, if you are worried about that wrinkle or line on your face or around your eyes trying eating some apples and slowing down the aging processes. Berries
