However, I can easily put the scent aside when I am using it because it works effectively and keeps those disease transmitting mosquitoes away.
The best way I find to use the homemade herbal bug spray is to step outside into your yard or wherever it is you are and spray yourself and your loved ones down from head to toe with light sprays, but being careful of the face. The homemade herbal bug spray should repel the bugs away from you for up to 4 hours. After that you will have to reapply. Just remember once you are done being outside for the day to go in and shower or your going to smell like the spray.

Healing Balm for Wounds
When we get insect bites and stings, cuts and scrapes, and blisters and burns we tend to go get the first aid cream. However, there is a natural healing herbal balm you can make to place on the infected area instead to provide relief and healing.
Ingredients Needed to Make the Balm
The ingredients you will need to make the natural healing herbal balm are 4 tablespoons of melted beeswax, 10 drops of tea tree oil, 1 teaspoon of aloe vera, ¼ teaspoon each of ground Echinacea, goldenseal, and chamomile dried flowers, ½ teaspoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vitamin E.

The materials you will need to make the eucalyptus mint steam inhalation are one large metal mixing bowl, measuring cups, and a large towel to cover your head with. Now, the way you make the eucalyptus mint steam is by boiling six cups of water in a large pan or tea kettle on the top of your stove. Once you have done those steps take your metal bowl with the boiling water and essential oils in it and set it at the kitchen table and place you head over the bowl so you can breathe in the eucalyptus mint steam coming from it. Then, place the large towel over your head so you can breathe in as much of the soothing and healing steam as possible. You should try to breathe in the steam for 10 minutes, but 5 minutes is okay to. The eucalyptus mint steam coming from the bowl should help stop your coughing a little bit and allow you to breathe more freely as well as cough up some of that heavy sticky phlegm in your lungs and airway. You may want to keep some tissues near by so you can spit the phlegm directly into a tissue and just get it out of your body instead of swallowing it, which I do not recommend. You can do these eucalyptus mint steams as much as you would like throughout the day to help relieving your bronchitis symptoms.

This bed is the perfect one for cats and kittens who like to hide and snuggle in comfort. Whisker City Plush Cat Bed cost around $25 at Petsmart and Petco.
Now for those fancy little kitties you can get a kitty bed such as the Animal Print Bed with Toy from Petsmart. It cost around $30 and is made from faux fur and fleece. One side of the bed is purely fur for those kitties who like extra softness and the other side is fleece for those kitties who like to be warm while they are snuggling and napping. One of my favorite blush cheek palettes to use when I am traveling around is the Physicians Formula Cheek Palette Cream-to-Powder Blush. The shade I have this palette in is rose because it goes well with my olive skin type, but I am sure it will go well with light and fair skin types as well.
The way I like to apply the Physicians Formula Cheek Palette Cream-to-Powder Blush is by simply dipping my fingertips into the creamy liquid blush and than I like to rub it onto my cheekbones a little bit for a nice natural hit of color. Once the creamy liquid blush is on my face it dries to a little bit of a lighter more natural color and a fine powder so it doesn't clog up my pores. If you have darker colored skin and you want to give this blush a try a would recommend that you use a darker blush palette.

The ingredients that I do not like in this blush are the parabens and BHT. I also found that these ingredients help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well which was very nice. However, there were several ingredients I did not like in this cream such as the fragrance, parabens, alcohols, and triglcerides. The reason why is I think that they are really bad for the skin and aren't really needed in this facial cream, but I will say I haven't stopped using this cream because of those ingredients because overall this cream does do a wonderful job at evening out my skins complexion when I need it to.

I recently received some samples from Aimee's Livin Magic Store in York, Maine. One of the samples I just tried and really liked dipping in my goat yogurt was the Aimee's Livin Magic Rosemary Kimchi Crackers. They were full of flavor and nutrients that are excellent for nourishing the body.

It only takes about 5 crackers with goat cheese to fill me right up. The crackers are filling all on there own, but add some cheese and they are super filling.

I was not paying attention and she being her sneaky self found the pleasant herbal salt aroma from the bag was mouth watering enough to make her help herself and indulge in these delicious herbal crackers. She was licking her lips like that was the best bite of food she had ever tasted.

Review of New England Hazelnut Coffee
I recently just started to drink coffee to help boost my energy levels naturally in the afternoon due to feeling fatigued all the time. The type of coffee I have been drinking is New England Hazelnut Crème Coffee. It has a pleasant taste and aroma, and helps energize me and warm me up on cold days.
The New England Hazelnut Crème Coffee comes in an 11-ounce bag. So far, I have only used half the bag and have gotten 10 pots off coffee out of it, but I believe that is because my coffee pot only makes 4 cups of coffee at a time. The hazelnut coffee comes ground so I don't have to grind it myself, which I love and it is made with a blend of roasted coffee beans from South America and flavored with natural hazelnuts. The coffee does have a strong hazelnut scent, but it does not seem to have a strong hazelnut flavor. The hazelnut flavor of the coffee is mild, slightly sweet and creamy. When you drink the coffee, you want to have a little bit at a time. The coffee is strong and can give you the shakes if you have too much at once.
Now the way I have been making the New England Hazelnut Crème Coffee is by filling my coffee pot water dispenser up with spring water, placing a coffee filter in my coffee maker, adding ¼ cup of coffee grinds into the filter and than turning the coffee maker on and allowing it to make me coffee. I use spring water to make my coffee because I find it makes my coffee taste better. The tap water I have taste horrible so if you have the same problem where you live you might want to consider using bottled or spring water too. Once my coffee maker is done making my coffee, I pour some into a coffee mug and add cream and sugar. Now the coffee is deep and rich in a dark color before I add the cream and sugar and does have a strong hazelnut aroma, which is very uplifting. I have tried the coffee black, but it is unbearable tasting to me which is my I add the cream and sugar. I feel the cream and sugar really helps draw out the hazelnut flavor a bit more. I have also tried the hazelnut coffee with milk, but it made the coffee taste bitter and sour at the same time and no my milk wasn't expired.
Now for me, one cup of this coffee in the morning is enough for me to help perk me up. Then I have one cup in the afternoon to help fight fatigue and give me energy to get through the rest of my day. I feel having more than two cups of this coffee a day gives me bad headaches. Overall, I love the New England Hazelnut Crème Coffee and would recommend it too anyone who needs help waking up or needing some energy. I do think the coffee is affordable and worth drinking on a daily basis in small amounts and will continue to get it regularly at my local grocery store and coffee shop.
The New England Hazelnut Crème Coffee comes in an 11-ounce bag. Review of Bigelow Mint Medley Herb Tea
A refreshing tea that I have been drinking down to help open up my sinuses naturally is the Bigelow Mint Medley Herb Tea. It is all-natural and is made with several different kinds of mint herbs that are refreshing, uplifting and cooling to the senses. I personally enjoy the tea a lot because it does taste good hot and cold and wont give me tremors because it does not contain any caffeine.
The Bigelow Mint Medley Herb Tea comes in a box with twenty individually wrapped tea bags inside. Each tea bag contains a blend of mint herbs such as peppermint and spearmint. Other herbs used to help add flavor to this tea are rose hips, hibiscus and lemon peel. The tea does have a strong mint aroma when you go to open up an individual wrapped tea bag. The mint strong mint aroma seems to open up my sinus right away, which is one of the reasons I enjoy drinking this tea. I am always suffering from a stuffy nose that runs constantly due to sever allergies. Now I know this tea is not made to treat allergies, but it sure does relieve my allergy symptoms temporarily.
Now the way I like to make the mint herbal tea is by placing one tea bag into a teacup and than pouring a cup of boiling water over it. Then I allow the tea to steep for five minutes until I have a deep brownish golden looking colored tea with a strong mint aroma. After, I personally like to add it a teaspoon of sugar and a splash of milk to help add flavor and smoothness. I find the mint tea allow to be overpowering so adding milk and sugar helps mellow out the deep mint flavor. When I want a mint ice tea, I simply brew a cup of the tea and than add a few cubes of ice too it and I got myself a lovely cooling and refreshing ice tea.
I also enjoy sipping on this mint tea without milk and sugar when I have an upset stomach because it seems to ease the nausea away. When have been vomiting this tea seems to be the only thing I can keep down to ease my discomfort away and the nasty after taste left in my mouth.
The other way I have been using these tea bags is by tossing them into my bath for a lovely uplifting mint bath that eases away stress. I also find it helps ease my tension headaches and body aches away soaking in a mint bath made with these teabags. I would definitely recommend anyone to try it.

I recently received several free samples from Aimee's Livin Magic Store in York, Maine. One of the samples I just tried were the Spicy Pumps. They were definitely some of the most deliciously spicy pumpkin seeds I have ever had in my life.
What are Spicy Pumps?
Spicy Pumps are soaked raw pumpkin seeds that have also been dehydrated and seasoned. The pumpkins seeds are green in color and seasoned with organic seasonings like cumin, sea salt, onion and garlic granules, and chipotle pepper. They are a gluten free snack pack full of antioxidants and zinc. Definitely the type of snack I will be taking along with me when I go hiking this summer to help fight off my hunger.
Flavor and Scent
When I first opened the bag of the Spicy Pumps immediately my sinuses began opening up because the scent of the spices were so strong, but mouth watering. I have to say I loved opening the bag and breathing the spiciness in because I have had a bad sinus congestion lately and after smelling the Spicy Pumps I could breathe through my nose again. It was exciting.
The flavor of the Spicy Pumps had a sweet nuttiness to them with a hint of salt and spice. You could really taste the garlic, onion, and cumin seasoning, but the chipotle pepper was just a hint. The pumpkin seeds weren't so spicy you couldn't eat them either, and they didn't burn my mouth like some spicy foods do. These seeds were actually easy to munch done one handful after another. I found them to be very tasty. However, I did drink a lot of water along with them because they did make me super thirty.

The way I have been eating the Spicy Pumps is by simply pouring a small amount into my hands and munching them down. Then I usually suck down tons of water afterwards. They are very filling. About a week ago I received some gluten free snacks to try from Aimee's Living Magic Store in York, Maine and on of the samples was Life by Chocolate. It was a scrumptious brownie made with organic raw ingredients toped with a thick chocolate icing layer. I have to say it was one of the most delicious gluten free raw organic chocolate snacks I have ever tried.
What is Life by Chocolate
Life by Chocolate is a gluten free chocolate brownie made with raw organic ingredients such as walnuts, coconut oil, sea salt, nectars, raisins, sprouted almonds, vanilla pods, cocoa butter and powder, stevia and maca. The brownie is soft and moist like a typically brownie would be, but with a hard delicious chocolaty icing. Each package of Life by Chocolate is packed with two chocolate covered brownies and I have to say that is plenty because I had one and couldn't even finish it because it was so rich in chocolate and very filling. I would definitely say it satisfied my sweet tooth just fine and was a lot healthier for me than a regular bakery brownie would be because it is made with whole foods that contain loads of nutrients that nourish the body.

The flavor of the chocolate covered brownie was a deep chocolaty cocoa flavor with a hint of fruitiness and nuttiness. It was very moist, but made me so thirsty when I had a few bites. The chocolate icing was very rich and creamy flavored, but a bit hard like dark chocolate. I would say it definitely taste better and was more filling and satisfying than a regular brownie.
How to Eat Life by Chocolate
I ate my Life by Chocolate for desert with a cup of chamomile tea. The tea helps wash down the sweetness of the rich chocolate brownie perfectly. I found the chocolate brownie and cup of tea to be stress relieving. When I was eating the gluten free brownie it was like my mind was only thinking about eating more of the brownie. It was like a mini chocolate vacation. After eating the brownie I didn't feel guilty or bloated feeling at all either which was very nice. Regular bakery brownies bloat me right up so I am definitely pleased with these gluten free ones.
Now you don't have to eat these brownies for desert like I did. You can eat them as a sweet tasty snack to help curve a chocolate craving, or to help boost your energy levels. I know I definitely has some serious energy after eating mine. You can even wash them down with coffee, milk, or water if you prefer, but I think tea washes the brownie down the best.
