Homemade Oral Mouth Rinse for Soothing Bleeding Gums & Toothaches

Suffering from bad breath with inflamed bleeding gums and toothaches? A homemade oral mouth rinse made from herbs and other basic natural ingredients can help.

Creating the Mouth Rinse 

Making the oral mouth rinse is simple to do with basic ingredients. All you need to make this natural soothing mouth rinse are 1 chamomile tea bag, 1 cup of boiling water, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extracts and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. If you do not have these basic ingredients in your kitchen you will be able to find them in your local grocery store and herbal shop.

Making the Oral Rinse 

The way you make the oral mouth rinse is by placing your chamomile tea bag into a teacup and pouring boiling water over it. Then, you will allow the chamomile tea to steep in the boiling water for about 5 minutes. After, you will add in the vanilla extract and lemon juice and combined all ingredients together well.

Using the Oral Rinse 

Next, you will simple go into the bathroom and bru
sh your teeth like you would normally do and than rinse your mouth out with some water. After, you will pour some of the homemade chamomile oral mouth rinse into your mouth and swish it around for as long as you can. Once you have swished the rinse around in your mouth, spit it out into the sink and your mouth should feel soothed and fresh again.
