How can you not love cheesy potatoes!!!! This recipe is great! It's quick an easy to make and best of all it taste amazing. This is a must try dish!

Ingredients & Materials

3 Russet Potatoes
Chives
One Bag of Sharp Shredded Cheese (any kind you prefer)
Pepper
Garlic Salt
2 Tablespoons of Butter
Tin foil

Directions

1. Wash and cut your three potatoes into potato chip shapes. Once they are all cut up get a piece of tinfoil big enough to spread them out in. However, make sure you spray the tinfoil with Pam, unless you have non-stick tinfoil.
2. Then, place a layer of the finely cut potatoes down onto the center of the laid out tinfoil.
2. Next, take your garlic salt and pepper and sprinkle the seasonings all over your first layer of potatoes. You can add as much or as little spice as you would like.
3. After you have finished, sprinkle a quarter of your bag of shredded cheese on top of your first layer.
4. Next, cut up some chives and put those on top.
5. Then, you will put two tablespoons of butter on top of all that.
6.  Once this is all completed just do another layer of potatoes and repeat the steps until all the potato chips slices are used up. (Except for the butter you should not have to do that again.)
7. Once you are all done with layering, seasoning and cheesing,  just wrap up potatoes in tinfoil put it on the grill on low to medium heat for  10-minutes per side, which equals a total of twenty-minutes total.
8. Last, but not all! Enjoy those cheesy potatoes.
