Homemade Whipped Butters

I love homemade whipped butters. My favorite ones to make up and use are cinnamon and salted. It is surprisingly easy to make fresh whipped butters, but you do have to have a little bit of patience.

Basic Salted Whipped Butter

Ingredients

Heavy Cream
Salt

Directions

1. Pour about two cups of heavy cream into a bowl and add in about a 1 ½ teaspoons of salt.
2. With an electric hand mixer or kitchen aid mixer, whip the ingredients together on high speed combining the two ingredients together until you get a thick creamy mixture. This process takes about 5 to 7-minutes.
3. Once the homemade butter is made, scoop it into a jar, place a lid on and add a decorative tag labeling what the product is and the date you made it.
4. After, store the butter in the refrigerator where it should stay fresh for up to three weeks.

3. Once the homemade cinnamon butter is made, scoop it into a jar, place a lid on and add a decorative tag labeling what the product is and the date you made it.
4. Store the butter in the refrigerator to keep it fresh. The butter should stay good for up to three weeks.

End Notes

The salted butter taste best for making mashed potatoes, veggie dishes and pasta dishes. It also taste good spread onto freshly baked bread, rolls, toast, English muffins or bagels. You can even add some crush garlic to it and make a spread to make homemade fresh garlic bread or Texas toast with as well.

The cinnamon sugar butter taste delightful on sweet muffins, bagels, English muffins, cinnamon toast, blueberry pancakes, buttery crescent rolls and fresh butter rolls.

However, you all can use these butters on whatever you really like to use them on the most.
