Oven Baked Chicken Tenders

Chicken tenders are my favorite food to eat. They are full of juicy flavor and fun for dipping into any kind of sauce. If you chicken tender lovers out there are looking for a new chicken tender recipe to try this one might just be for you.

Ingredients

Couple of Pounds of Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
Container of Panko Breadcrumbs
Cayenne Pepper
Black Pepper
Dried Parsley
Salt
Eggs

Instructions

1. Pre-heat the oven to 400-degrees and get out a non-stick baking sheet.
2. Pour three cups of panko breadcrumbs into a food processor or blender with a forth teaspoon each of cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt. Then, add in a tablespoon of dried parsley. After, grind and blend the ingredients together until you get a fine spicy breadcrumb mixture.
3. Rinse the chicken thighs, cut any fat off them and set them aside.
4. In a large bowl crack open the eggs and scramble them all up with a fork as if you were making scrambled eggs. You will use this egg mixture to dip the chicken in so the breadcrumb mixture sticks to the tenders.
5. Cut the chicken thighs into halves and pour the breadcrumb mixture onto a plate.
6. Now take the sliced up chicken thighs, dip them in the egg wash mixture and then into the breadcrumbs until they are coated well. After, place them onto the baking sheet.
7. Bake the chicken tenders in the 400-degree oven for 30-minutes. Then, serve them up with your favorite dipping sauces. For this particular recipe, we like to use ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing, but you use whatever dressing makes your taste buds happy.
