Classic Home-Style Coleslaw

Cole slaw is the perfect summer side dish for any summery meal. It goes good on top of burgers beside burgers on top of pulled pork sandwiches beside a stack of ribs. Coleslaw goes great with any meal I think. If you are in need of a quick home-style coleslaw recipe, than this one just might be a good one for you.

Ingredients Needed

4 Cups of Coleslaw Mix (I use Fresh Express shredded coleslaw blend)
Cup of Real Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
½ Cup Sour Cream
3 Tablespoons of Honey
¼ Cup of Bread & Butter Pickle Juice (I use it straight from the pickle jar. Pickle juice is nothing fancy.)
¼ Teaspoon of Black Pepper
¼ Teaspoon of Salt

Instructions

Place all the ingredients into a large container, place a lid on top and give the ingredients a good shake together. After, allow the coleslaw mix and other ingredients to soak in with each other to create a delightful quick home-style coleslaw side dish. Make sure you refrigerate this dish until you are ready to serve it up. You do not want it going bad. Just make sure you use the coleslaw up with in 3 to 4 days.
